Services – who look after Casa Naranja & our guests in our absence.
They are on hand in case guests have any questions whilst staying at
Casa Naranja, contact details will be provided on arrival. Someone
from the company will meet you at our house to exchange keys & to
collect the security deposit. You can then arrange what time you
need to vacate the property & the final inspection when your
holiday/vacation comes to an end. They will also give you general
advice on where to buy your groceries to where to find a local
pharmacy should you need one.
Q. Where is the nearest grocery store?
A. We are very fortunate at El Mojon as we are just a two minute
drive from a Carrefour Express, situated in Pilar de la Horadada or

There are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive of the
property where these products can be purchased.
Q. What about cleaning?
A. The house is cleaned before & after each visit by our management
company. However guests are required to take good care of the
property & leave it in a clean & tidy condition at the end of the
holiday. Mid-term clean, fresh towels & linen can be arranged for
the cost of €55.
Q. What is the security deposit for & how much do you require?
A. Whilst most of our guests are very respectful of our house, some
may not be & may cause negligent damage so we have to cover
ourselves just in case this rare instance occurs. A deposit of £100
or €150 will be required on arrival at the property, it will be
returned on the departure day subject to an inspection of the house
by our management company & that the house & its contents are in the
same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakage, excessive
use of the utilities or leaving the property in a condition that
warrants extra cleaning will be made good from the security deposit.
Q. What is your policy on smoking & pets?
A. We have a non-smoking policy through out the house, however an
ashtray is provided for use on the top terrace only but we do ask
that you dispose of all cigarette stubs & do not leave this to our
management company.
As a courtesy to guests with allergies our house has a strict NO
PETS policy. Any evidence of guests smoking in our house or pets
will result in the immediate loss of your entire security deposit.
Q. Is payment per person?
A. No, payment is for the house & its facilities.
Q. Who has use of the property?

the property & its facilities. All bookings are taken solely at the
owner’s discretion.

your booking & should be enclosed when returning the Booking Form.
Your booking confirmation will be sent to you & an invoice for the

visit. The balance of your rental will become payable six weeks
before departure. If a booking is made less than six weeks before
departure then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Q. How do I book your property?
A. A provisional booking can be made by a phone call or email & held
for a maximum of five days to allow time for your completed Booking
Form & deposit or full payment to be received. A confirmation letter
or email will then be sent to you for your booking.
